JOSHIBI Artist in Residence 2022

From this year, we start “JOSHIBI Artist in Residence”.

Recently, as the word trend, new creative fields of cultural art, such as international art festivals and Artist in Residence (AIR) are expanding.

In order to support our students’ international careers, it is necessary to learn and experience many things from the life of the university.

This year, as a missional programme, we invite artists who activate around the world to our university, give them an opportunity of art-in-residence, and support their new creations.

In addition, we let them take part in classes and make communication with the professors, staff members, and students, through the activities like artist-talk and work-shop.

Through experience and studies of artists, we aim to boost education and research.

“The characteristics of JOSHIBI Artist in Residence 2022”
